We sold our home of 25 years and thought we may get emotional to a point. It was the opposite, we were excited and so happy to move on to the next chapter. Bennion made that happen... the professionalism, optimism, and warmth from he and his team was extraordinary. We didn’t feel like it was a transaction, it was an experience and a great one. We are very happy!

Bob Bennion is the real deal. He knows everything there is about Seattle residential real estate, a real pro. I’ve worked with Bob several times. Bob is knowledgeable, to the point, honest, and quick to call it thumbs up or thumbs down. Why would one waste one’s time with anyone else?

Bob was able to advise me on some cosmetic renovations and design ideas, furniture suggestions, etc., and so I didn’t need to hire someone else to stage my home. That was wonderful, and saved me money!

I’ve been through four transactions with Bob, both buying and selling. He’s incredible knowledgeable about Seattle and downtown condos especially. I would never buy something he hasn’t walked through and given me advice on.

We know Bob from both the buy and sell side. On the buy side, Bob takes the time to get to know the client, asks the right questions, and develops an understanding of their needs, their style, and what will work for them. As the process evolves and the client inevitably redefines their wants and needs, Bob is flexible and willing to introduce more properties while keeping in mind what the client keeps coming back too. He listens without judgement but assists in the reasoning process. On the sell side, bob is honest. He doesn’t over inflate expectations to gain a client. He helps the client understand the current atmosphere for their property, the pluses and minuses. He lends perspective as the process evolves. He knows when and how much to drop the price if buyers are not showing up to reinvigorate the market. He is always trying to get the best price he can for the client.
